Preparing Your Property for Market
First impressions count. Before inviting buyers into your property, we want to be sure we’ve done everything to make it as attractive as possible. There are many ways to maximize marketability of your home by offering ideas how to present your property. We include a COMPLIMENTARY staging consult with Lemon Tree Staging, as seen on HGTV, when you list with us. They may also recommend cosmetic changes such as painting and arrange the best way to stage your property. We also work with reputable contractors whom we can recommend.
The Right ExposureIn marketing your home, we will develop a listing plan that emphasizes its unique and sell-able aspects, i.e. recent updates. We then put your home in front of buyers, including our clients and establishing it on the local MLS as well as all the popular home search websites. We create new listings sheets, and place them in real estate publications, with all materials designed in house by our Graphic Designer. During the first week of the listing we will host a publicized public Open House, at a minimum the first 2 weekends of the listing period and every other weekend afterward for the duration of the listing agreement, however, our average Days on Market in 2017 was 23 days...
Effective Internet MarketingIn addition, we will use the Internet and our innovative website to make your listing highly visible. We will ensure that your listing is on all online "Home Shopping" sites such as Trulia, Zillow, Homefinder, & Realtor.com. With more than 80% of buyers checking the web first when looking for a home, this is a part of your marketing strategy that you can t afford to miss. This is also why we ALWAYS use professional real estate photographers to capture the images. We cannot over emphasize how important quality photos are. We also designate webpage to your property & advertise on all of our social media sites as most of our clientele are based in NoVa & DC. Visit www.tsrhomes.com
